Next the Rattee Hairstyling empire operated successfully for 53 years as a well known mens barber shop in Vancouver. Now in 2015, a young, motivated, and professional staff look to carry on the century of hairstyling that the building has lended itself to. The concept at the Velvet Lounge is to take a trip back to the 1920's Gatsby Era, with a smoke lounge style Hair Parlour, that is not only a hair style but an experience.
