Andy Winter aims to teach in a way that is lighthearted, accessible and precise. As well as yoga and meditation, she finds inspiration in poetry, philosophy and nature. She teaches from the heart, from what she has experienced in her own practice. Grounded in the tradition of Ashtanga yoga, her classes focus on breath, alignment and meditation. Andy studied psychology (BSc) and philosophy (BA) and as well as teaching yoga, she works as a writer and researcher. Her yoga certification is with Paul Dallaghan in Ashtanga Yoga. She continues to study at Ashtanga Yoga Vancouver.
