Osorno Volcano Tour+Petrohue Falls / Cruises / Spanish

The Osorno Volcano with a height of approx. 2,500 meters on whose slopes you can develop sports related to snow. The Petrohué Falls are located on the west side of Todos Los Santos Lake, inside the Vicente Pérez Rosales Park, in the Tenth Region of Los Lagos. At the outlet of Lake Todos Los Santos, a series of waterfalls known as Los Saltos de Petrohué appear and later become the river of the same name. The name Petrohué is of Mapudungun origin and means place of smokehouses. This denomination perhaps refers to the kind of steam that is formed with the resounding fall of the water that sprays on the rocks in the background. The highest drop of this geological formation is 3 meters and its waters are emerald in color.

Kayak Maullín River

The Maullín River is one of the great free rivers in the country and known as the Amazon of Chile, it still preserves much of its native vegetation. This is one of the greatest singularities of the river, since that its bed is invaded by a swampy forest. Swamp forests are extraordinary ecosystems, which develop on wetlands, hosting a rich biodiversity in which wild flora and fauna of forests and aquatic ecosystems coexist.
